After graduating from Civil Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University, he completed his Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Bilkent University . In addition to the his academic mission at Bilkent University, he has held various positions in large companies such as Siemens USA and Türkiye İş Bankası. As a founder and owner of ExtremePACS, Özcan has worked as a manager of different departments now he directs the company as general manager. He is married and the father of twins.

After completing the University of Istanbul Technical University, he worked various departments of Textile Industry like customer relations, production department and merchandising units. As a one of the company owner, He began to his career in ExtremePACS as Istanbul Regional Manager continues as Sales & Marketing Manager of the company.
